Does Royal Caribbean charge a corkage fee?
Yes. If you drink personal wine or champagne in a public area, including the main dining room, Royal Caribbean charges a $15 corkage fee per bottle. Enjoying it in your stateroom does not trigger the fee, which is one reason that embarkation-day bottle often ends up on the balcony instead of at dinner.
