Can we get connecting staterooms?
Many ships offer connecting staterooms with a door between cabins so families can regroup without hiking the hallway in pajamas like it's a team-building exercise. Inventory is limited, so request connecting rooms when you book rather than hoping the pier gods smile on you. If they're gone, adjacent cabins or family suites on newer ships like Icon of the Seas are the practical backup plan.
