Utopia of the Seas is Royal Caribbean's short-cruise specialist, currently sailing from Port Canaveral and marketed as the world's biggest weekend. Every sailing includes Perfect Day at CocoCay, so you are not gambling on whether the private island makes the itinerary. The ship leans hard into splash, party, and dine with a huge restaurant and bar count and two casinos, which is a lot of ship to explore in three or four nights. If your crew wants maximum energy in minimum days and you are flying into Orlando anyway, Utopia is the obvious play.
