Does everyone in my stateroom need the Deluxe Beverage Package?
Usually yes. If one guest of legal drinking age wants the Deluxe Beverage Package, every guest of legal drinking age in that same stateroom, under the same booking number, has to buy the same alcoholic package too. Packages cannot be shared. Royal Caribbean also has a limited accommodation path for guests who cannot drink alcohol because of a disability, medical condition, or pregnancy. That is not a casual opt-out. You request it through Royal Caribbean's Beverage Package Accommodation Request process, approval is case by case, and it can take about 10 business days. If approved, that guest still has to buy a non-alcoholic beverage package. "I just do not drink" is not treated as an automatic exception. For everyone else, treat Deluxe as a cabin decision.
