How do I get a soda cup?
If you purchased the Classic Soda Package, congratulations: you already bought the cup without having to add another item to your vacation spreadsheet. The Coca-Cola Freestyle cup is included with the package. Once onboard, bring your SeaPass card to a bar, lounge, or beverage-package sales location and ask for your cup. Pickup arrangements can vary by ship, so the crew can point you toward the nearest supply if your first stop does not have them. No secret handshake is required, although the first-day beverage-package line may feel like an initiation ceremony. As of March 15, 2026, the Refreshment and Deluxe Beverage Packages no longer include a Freestyle cup. Guests with either package can purchase one onboard for $4.99 if they want to use the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. Lost your included cup? A replacement also costs $4.99. The $4.99 cup is not an unlimited-soda loophole wearing a plastic lid. Guests still need an eligible beverage package or Freestyle add-on to activate and use the machines. Each RFID-enabled cup is valid only for the sailing on which it was issued, so your old cup can come along for sentimental support, but it will not unlock the machine.
