Can I cancel or change a show reservation?
Yes, and doing it on time is how you stay friends with the Box Office. Before the cruise, change or cancel online up to four days before sail date through Cruise Planner. Once you are onboard, use the Royal App or visit the Box Office, and cancel at least four hours before curtain. Shows still need an empty seat to give away, so availability rules apply when you swap times. Bring your SeaPass either way. That card is what gets you through the theater door.

- Onboard cancellations need at least four hours' notice before showtime
- SeaPass is required for entry once your reservation is on the card
