What do I need to complete online check-in?
Online check-in is a per-guest checklist, and most of it is the unglamorous paperwork part of vacation. Gather the following for everyone on your reservation before you sit down:
- Full legal name and date of birth for each guest
- Citizenship for each guest
- Passport number, expiration date, and country of issue (or details from your other accepted travel documents)
- Government-issued photo ID details if you are using a birth certificate instead of a passport
- Physical passports or accepted IDs in hand for app scan or terminal verification
- Credit card to set up your onboard expense account
- Crown and Anchor membership number (members only)
- Security photo for each guest (app check-in)
- Health questionnaire (opens about 24 hours before your arrival time)
- Port arrival time
Names must match your reservation exactly. The health questionnaire is not there on day 45, so finish the rest of check-in early and come back for that piece when it unlocks about 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. If you check in on the website instead of the app, you will enter document details manually rather than scanning your passport.
