How do I check my Crown & Anchor points and tier?
Your points and tier live in the Royal Caribbean app or your Guest Account online, not in a shoebox of old SeaPass cards. In the app, open your profile and look under your name in the Loyalty Hub for your Crown & Anchor number. If the loyalty details are missing, add your membership number on the dashboard or in settings. Still nothing? Email web_reservations@rccl.com, and give a just-finished cruise up to 30 days before you panic that the points got lost at sea.
