Do I need a visa for my cruise?

Maybe, and you need to confirm what's required well before sail date, on your own or with help, so you have time to obtain every visa and travel authorization you need. Visa and entry rules depend on your citizenship and every country your ship visits, including where you embark and disembark. Royal Caribbean expects each guest to confirm requirements with the embassy or consulate of each nation on the itinerary and to obtain any visas or travel authorizations ahead of time. Third-party visa services can handle the paperwork if you prefer not to DIY. UK itineraries now require a UK Electronic Travel Authorization for eligible visitors, so check that separately if Britain is on your route.
