Are gratuities included in beverage packages?
The beverage package price you see in Cruise Planner is not the number that hits your card. Royal Caribbean adds an 18% gratuity automatically when you purchase, whether pre-cruise or onboard. That gratuity sits on top of the package cost, not inside the advertised rate, so budget for both before you convince yourself the deal is too good to pass up.
